How to Use:
  • First, line your upper and lower brow arch.
  • Then, blend out the pencil using the included spoolie brush (brush your hairs upward for feathered brows or in the direction of hair growth for a more tame, 90s brow look).
  • After perfecting your arches, use the pencil to fill in sparse areas of your brows using short, hair-like strokes.
